EUROPE/POLAND - Catholic weekly Niedziela opens new Year of the Priesthood web site with texts of the Magisterium and testimony on the part of members of faithful on priests whom they have encountered in their lives

Czestochowa (Agenzia Fides) – “Fidelity of Christ, Fidelity of the Priest - Year of the Priesthood” is the title of a web site launched by Poland's Catholic weekly Niedziela, and inaugurated for the Year of the Priesthood. At this new Polish language web site launched by Czestochowa based Niedziela, readers will find a biography of St Jean Marie Polish Vianney, addresses and teachings of Benedict XVI on the Year of the Priesthood, homilies of John Paul, articles by well known theologians on the theology and spirituality of the priesthood. Readers will also find pastoral proposals for the Year of the Priesthood, prayers for priests composed by John XXIII, Paul VI, John Paul II and others. Readers will also find documents of the Magisterium of the Church and the Popes on the priesthood and priestly vocations.
