Vatican City (Fides Service) - Cardinal Ivan Dias Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelisation of Peoples on 26 January 2007, appointed Rev. Gabin Eric Mbika of the diocesan clergy of Berberati, Rector of St Mark's Major inter-diocesan Seminary in Bangui (Central African Republic).
