EUROPE/BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA - Pontifical Mission Societies in Bosnia-Herzegovina open web site a new channel for evangelisation

Sarajevo (Fides Service) - The national office of the Pontifical Mission Societies in Bosnia-Herzegovina has its own we site since April 30. National Director Rev. Fr. Tomo Knezevic told Fides that it is hoped the web site www.missio.ba will serve as a new channel for missionary animation in the region.
Present for the inauguration Cardinal Vinko Puljic, Archbishop of Sarajevo and President of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Bosnia-Herzegovina. The new web site offers a vast range of new, information and links to Catholic news services. It also gives information on the activities of the Congregation for the Evangelisation of Peoples, the head offices of the Pontifical Mission Societies in Rome, the National PMS Bosnia-Herzegovina, texts on missionary work, a martyrology and a photograph archive.
