Quito (Fides Service) - In view of the Third American Mission Congress CAM 3 to be held in Quito, Ecuador, 11-16 August 2008, the CAM 3 Central Preparatory Commitee has opened a web site which will be updated regularly. The web page offers all the necessary information, including official documents, events and initiatives on this major missionari event oragnised by the Catholic Church in America. It aims is also to facilitate the preparation of an estimated 3,000 national delegations from every country on the continent as well as those from other continents who will be taking part. The web page will also provide technical and logistic information. A special section “America’s missionary journey” will give information on initiatives and activities organised in different countries in preparation for CAM 3 as well as activities of the Central CAM 3 Commitee.
