Tripoli (Agenzia Fides) - "We have sent a verbale note to the new Libyan authorities with which we declare our availability to cooperate for the good of the country", says His Exc. Mgr. Giovanni Innocenzo Martinelli to Fides, Apostolic Vicar of Tripoli. "In Tripoli, life is returning slowly back to normal, although difficulties remain. There is however a different climate compared to the past " underlines Mgr. Martinelli.
