Rome (Agenzia Fides) - "I had the pleasure to meet Mgr. Dominique Mamberti, Secretary for Relations with the States, together with the Apostolic Nuncio to Libya, His Exc. Mgr. Tommaso Caputo", says His Exc. Mgr. Giovanni Innocenzo Martinelli to Fides, Apostolic Vicar of Tripoli, who is preparing to return to the Libyan capital. "Yesterday - adds Mgr. Martinelli - I was invited to the Home Office for a meeting with Minister Maroni and his collaborators, especially with regards to the problem on immigration. They wanted to know my point of view on what can be done about immigration, both as civil society and as European Union, as well as the Church's role in this context. I found on their behalf keen attention and interest in what is happening in Libya". During the morning Mgr. Martinelli will be received by His Exc.
