Lima (Fides Service) - Peru’s National Mission Centre, under the Commission for Mission of the Peruvian Bishops’ Conference, informed Fides that enrolment has started for missionary Congregations and Institutes who wish to take part in the National Mission Exhibition on show in Lima from 12 to 17 October this year. The slogan chosen for the event is “In Peru, today… Mission is alive!”.
This event of missionary animation, the first of its kind in Peru, has the following objectives: “increase awareness of missionary activity in all its various forms; share missionary experience; encourage missionary vocations; present the different challenges facing mission at home and abroad”.
