Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - Cardinal Ivan Dias, Prefect for the Congregation for the Evangelisation of Peoples, on January 12, 2008 elevated the existent interdiocesan philosophical major seminary, dedicated to the Holy Name of Mary in the Archdiocese of Honiara , to interdiocesan theological major seminary, for all of the ecclesial districts of the Solomon Islands.
