The Course in missionary animation will be held 3-4 November on the theme, "From the Cross Christ still calls you… what is your reply?”. The organisers say the goal of the course is to help young people realise that Christ calls them, to encourage them to know more about Christ and about mission, so they can respond to the call from the. During the course the participants will be presented with the situation in the different continents, the needs of the world and the mission duty which goes beyond national borders.
The Missionary Youth Meeting (ENJUMI), from 2 - 4 November on the same theme, will be a three day retreat, an opportunity for an personal encounter with Christ and experience sharing in discussion groups. The purpose of the meeting, for young parishioners of 18 years upwards, is to increase mission awareness so that once back in their parish they will walk the Church's missionary path.
