Abeokuta (Agenzia Fides) – Fr. Luke Adeleke, 38, recently ordained priest, on August 19, 2017, of the diocese of Abeokuta, capital of the southwestern state of Ogun, was shot dead by gunmen while coming from a mass on the eve of Christmas, December 24th by a gang of armed men in the town of Ogunmakin Obafemi Owode, an area where there is a very high criminality.
