Hong Kong (Fides Service) - ‘The voice of the Justice and Peace Commission’ is a new on-line radio programme promoted by the Hong Kong diocesean Commission for Justice and Peace. According to the diocesan bulletin Kong Ko Bao the aim of the iniziative is to encourage Catholics and all Hong Kong citizens reflect on important questions of justice and peace in the light of the Christian faith.
In collaboration with “Radio of the People of Hong Kong”, the first programme was broadcast recently. The programmes will be inter-active via telephone and e-mail. The secretary of the Commission said: “We want people to know more about our activity. We also wish to help them discuss questions of peace and justice in the light of the faith. We welcome criticism, different opinions and suggestions. We aim to help citizens make mature decisions in the social and political field”. For more information see and listen at:
