Hsin Chu (Agenzia Fides) - The Regional Episcopal Conference of Taiwan published a Pastoral Letter for the Year of Faith, signed on September 8, Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. In the document sent to Fides Agency, which is divided into 5 points, faith is presented as an invitation to all to enter into communion with the triune God through witness and service to the Church. Faith needs to be explained and the Church must not hide herself, the creed, the sacraments, law and prayer are the four key points to follow. The Taiwanese Bishops hope faith is deepened through the Holy Scriptures, especially the Gospel and the Creed, the interiorization of faith with spiritual retreats, seminars, meditation and other spiritual activities.
