AMERICA/CHILE - Bishops at the conclusion of Plenary Assembly: “We will work to perfect the selection and formation of candidates to the priesthood”

Punta de Tralca (Agenzia Fides) – The “Bishops' Message to Catholics and all the people of Chile” is the conclusive document from the 101st Plenary Assembly of the Chilean Episcopal Conference, held in Punta de Tralca from 4 to 8 April. The document, sent to Fides, is divided into five parts, entitled: (1) Holy Church and its need for purification; (2) The witness that all people expect from us; (3)Transparency, Truth and Justice; (4) Some decisions; (5) Holiness of life and Mission.
