Bogota (Agenzia Fides) – From May 19 to 21, Bogota will be hosting the Sixth Congress for Educators. The event will take place at the University of San Buenaventura and is convened by the Department of Education, Culture, and University of the Colombian Bishops' Conference. This Congress will consist of five lectures by experts; two presentations of experiences from young people, coordinated by officers of the Research Center; and three proposed moments for the team discussion, led by the Faculty of Psychology and Education and the Directors the Permanent Secretariat of the Colombian Bishops (SPEC). The Congress is intended for archbishops and bishops, representatives of the Educational Pastoral Ministry, provincial coordinators for education, presidents of federations, parents, deans of colleges, university presidents, students studying education, teachers, priests, religious, and laity.
