Hong Kong (Agenzia Fides) – To support Catholic school volunteers and pupils and ensure better pastoral care within the school, the Hong Kong diocesan Youth Pastoral Commission recently presented a programme for youth pastoral leaders to headmasters of schools in the Territory. According to the diocesan bulletin Kong Ko Bao, Rev Joseph Chan Wing Chiu illustrated the project for a network to support school pastoral: “We guarantee 6 youth pastoral volunteers: two permanent and four visiting”. The project “Besides providing school pastoral for Catholic pupils the project intends to offer instruction in the faith to other students ”.(NZ) (Agenzia Fides 25/06/2008)
