Resignation and appointment of Bishop of Uijeongbu

Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - On March 13, the Holy Father accepted the resignation from the pastoral care of the diocese of Uijeongbu, Korea, presented by Bishop Peter Ki-Heon Lee.
The Holy Father has appointed Bishop Benedict Hee-song Son, titular of Campli, until now auxiliary and vicar general of the archdiocese of Seoul, Korea, as bishop of the diocese of Uijeongbu. (EG) (Agenzia Fides, 14/3/2024)
