S. Antonio do Matupi (Agenzia Fides) - Combonian missionaries, a 47-year-old Mozambican, Sister Luisa Manuel, and 37-year-old Sister Giuseppina Lupo, Italian, died in Brazil following a car accident on June 24 around noon. According to the statement of the General Council of the Combonians, sent to Fides, the two religious belonged to the community of S. Antonio do Matupi, in the Diocese of Humaita, where they were returning after visiting some families. On the trans-Amazon road they had a car accident that cost them their lives. "We ask you to pray with us for the families of the two Sisters, especially for the parents, the Sisters in Brazil and Sisters Luisa and Giuseppina.
