Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) – This coming 12 and 13 June the Migrants and Refugees Sector of the Vatican Office for Integral Human Development will host a Working Seminar in Rome with the participation of Bishop delegates and national directors of national Bishops’ Conference Commissions for Migrants and Refugees from all five continents. The Seminar will be attended by some 40 persons directly involved in safeguarding the rights of migrants and refugees and human trafficking .
According to information sent to Fides News Agency the Seminar is part of commitments taken in view of Global Impacts on Migrants and Refugees to be approved before the end of next year 2018 . The aim is to identify a plan of common pastoral care for Migrants and Refugees, Asylum seekers refugees and victims of human trafficking in different parts of the world and pinpoint fundamental issues to present during the Conference and presented to the Holy Father Francis for approval.
