EUROPE/POLAND - The Rosary for missions is said in the editorial office

Czestochowa (Agenzia Fides) - From 1 September, the editors of the Catholic Weekly "Niedziela", based in Czestochowa, after the morning Mass which is celebrated in the chapel dedicated to Mary Mater Verbi, on the premises of the editorial office, the Holy Rosary is said "for the missions of the Church" and to support the work of all missionaries around the world. The rosary is also devoted to ask the intercession of the Virgin Mary for the beatification of the Servant of God, Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski (1901-1981), Primate of Poland, also called "the Primate of the Millennium". Don Mariusz Frukacz, who promoted the initiative, editor of the Weekly "Niedziela" and member of the Pontifical Missionary Union, told Fides: "The Rosary is a gift we can give every day to the missions of the Church and also to the mission of our magazine, which aims to contribute to the promotion of the New Evangelization through the media".
