AFRICA/SOMALIA-Drought emergency for 10 million people

Mogadishu (Agenzia Fides) - The worst drought in 60 years has created a devastating food crisis that is hitting 10 million people in Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia and Eritrea. Only this year, more than 135 000 Somalis have fled from their country. The rate of malnutrition among refugee children has reached figures which have never previously been recorded.
