EUROPE/ITALY - Jesuits: new website for the Italian Province with areas for social work, missions, culture

Rome (Agenzia Fides) – Within the restructure of the communication area, the Italian Province of the Society of Jesus reports to Fides that their new website is now live: www.gesuitinews.it, a website where it is possible to find information on events concerning the Jesuit communities in Italy and in Albania, and news about the Society's activities around the world. The new site offers different areas: a calendar of events planned around Italy, a section dedicated to news about the General Curia and news from other Provinces, sections specifically dedicated to social work, missions, the Ignatian spirituality, to youth, culture and to schools. Room is also dedicated to press reviews of books and magazines. Every fortnight a newsletter that gathers all the news published on the web will be sent to Jesuits throughout Italy, as well as to collaborators and those interested.
