Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - The Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI, on 6 May 2010, accepted the resignation of the pastoral government of the diocese of Ondo (Nigeria), presented by Bishop Francis Florunsho Clement Alonge, in conformity with the Code of Canon Law, canon 401 § 1. Mgr Alonge is succeeded by Bishop Jude Ayodeji Arogundade, until now Coadjutor of the same diocese of Ondo. (SL) (Agenzia Fides 06/05/2010)
