1) download the feed reader programme and install it following the instructions given.

2) choose a browser to see a web page with a link to its own feed RSS. These link s are usually identified with a square or like this o and they connect directly to a file in RSS format or send to an index page where feed are links with a simple text as in the case of Fides.

3) mouse right click and choose copy link (or copy address depending on the browser used)

	Portuguese

4) Activate feed reader programme and select New ( or Open RSS feed or something else depending on the programme used) paste address with mouse right click select paste . finish inserting other info requested and send return .

5) T he screen usually gives three areas :
A) list of feeds installed in the programme

B) list of news in thefeed selected in area A
