Hong Kong (Fides Service) - The Year of Evangelisation held in the diocese of Hong Kong will close on 8 May with an important event called “New culture of Evangelisation” to be held in the city sports stadium. According to the diocesan bulletin Kong Ko Bao the ceremony to close the Year of Evangelisation will reflect on the year of preparation and the year of evangelisation, an initiative started with a new proclamation of the Good News all over the territory thanks to efforts by the entire diocesan community. It will also be an occasion for those present to listen to testimony and reflect on how to build a culture of evangelisation. For the occasion Bishop Joseph Zen of Hong Kong will preside a solemn Mass organised by the group responsible for the Diocesan Year for Evangelisation, at which the faithful, catechumens and friends are expected to take part in large numbers.
