Vatican City (Fides Service) - Cardinal Crescenzio Sepe, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelisation of Peoples, has appointed, 22 October 2004, National Director of the Pontifical Mission Societies in Mozambique for a five year term (2004-2009), Reverend Inácio Manuel Mole of the diocesan clergy of Lichinga. The new National Director, aged 34, was ordained a priest on 18 April 2000. He has been assistant priest and diocesan Secretary for Pastoral Work (2000-2002).
