Vatican City (Fides Service) – Cardinal Crescenzio Sepe, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelisation of Peoples has appointed, 14 November 2003, Rector of St Cyprian major theological inter-diocesan seminary in Kikwit, Democratic Congo, Reverend Father Jules Kafuti Folo of the clergy of Kikwit. Rev. Folo was born on November 1, 1957 and ordained a priest on January 3, 1933. A Doctor in Theology since 1996, he has taught at the major seminary since 1997. (S.L.)
