Rome (Fides Service) – Yesterday at the general Curia, there was a meeting of the organising committee for the canonisation of Don Orione (COC). “The meeting marks the passage from the theoretical to the practical stage” said Fr Flavio Peloso, general procurator of the Orionini and COC co-ordinator when he opened the meeting. In fact definitive structure has been given to 5 commissions with competencies regarding the organisation of the great event of the canonisation of the Founder: secretariat, studies and spirituality, press office, animation and welcome, promotion and publications. “We have started several projects regarding publications and gadgets – says Fr Moreno Cattelan in charge of this sector – and the secretariat and press office are also already at work.
