Vatican City (Fides Service) - Cardinal Crescenzio Sepe, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelisation of Peoples, has appointed (13 June 2003) National Director of the Pontifical Mission Societies in Indonesia Reverend Father Patrick Pa of the Divine Word Mission Society.
Rev. Pa was born on July 5, 1959 at Ende. He attended local schools, St Yohannes Berchmans high school seminary, SVD Novitiate and studied philosophy and theology at Ledalero, Maumere, Flores. He was ordained a priest on 29 July 1988, and has since been: parish chaplain, vice Master of Novices, prefect for Juniores, prefect for Brothers at St Paul major seminary, secretary of Mission Province SVD Ledalero.
