Aachen/Munich (Fides Service) - "God's adventurers: the story of mission" is the title of a documentary produced by Marcel Bauer, a German film maker, which will be shown on the Art Channel of German television. Thanks to the support of the German Pontifical Mission Societies office (which has head offices in Aachen and Munich) Marcel Bauer had access the archives of many of the missionary institutes engaged in missionary activity since 1900. This enabled him to gather valuable material, photographs and film, testimony on the feasts, customs and daily life of many different peoples in mission territories. See photos.
