Trujillo (Agenzia Fides) - From 22 to 24 November in Trujillo
pastoral workers from all over Peru will attend the Second Regional
Family Pastoral Meeting, promoted by the Bishops' Commission for
the Family. Delegates, including family movement leaders from
12 dioceses will take part Cajamarca, Chimbote, Chiclayo, Chota,
Chulucanas, Huari, Huaraz, Huamachuco, Piura, Jaén, Trujillo
and Chachapoyas. The event will open with the celebration of Mass
presided by Archbishop Miguel Cabrejos, of Trujillo. Themes for
reflection will include "Matrimony and Family", "Theological
foundations of Family Pastoral" and "Basic Principles
of Bio-ethics". The purpose of the meeting is to improve
and coordinate family pastoral; promote the formation of family
pastoral teams all over the region; diffuse the fundamental theological
