Vatican - Cardinal Sepe says Rosary is a help to proclaim Christ with Mary

Vatican City (Fides Service) - "World Mission Sunday is marked this year with a very special sign, that of the Rosary prayer, to which the Holy Father has devoted the next twelve months. There is an extraordinary link between missionary activity and the Rosary prayer". This is part of a reflection written Cardinal Crescenzio Sepe, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelisation of Peoples, and published by the Osservatore Romano on Sunday October 20. The Cardinal writes: "The Virgin of Nazareth who accompanied her Son sent by the Father as the first Missionary to teach all peoples, is also the Mother of all those who carry on the mission of the Redeemer…the Rosary: what better way to announce Christ with Mary?"
