In countries that provide for the juridical recognition of all
religions (such as Belgium, Italy, Spain, Germany) the institutional
legitimation of Islam came much earlier.
The Spanish law of January 26th, 1992 acknowledges the Spanish
Islamic belief through the Spanish Islamic Commission (CIE) gathering
most Muslim associations and federations present in the Country. |
