Cardinal Crescenzio Sepe, Prefect of the Congregation
for the Evangelisation of Peoples is in Angola for a five day pastoral
visit 25-29 October., during which he will meet Bishops, clergy,
Religious men and women, seminarians and formation staff, as well
as the local Catholic community and the authorities. On Sunday 27
October at Luanda Cathedral the Cardinal will preside together with
all the Bishops of Angola, a solemn Mass of thanksgiving for restored
peace in the country. The Cardinal will also visit some of the many
internally displaced persons still confined to camps. |
