Intentions entrusted by the Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI to the Apostleship of Prayer for the year 2007

March 2007: That those responsible for the young Churches may give ongoing attention to the training of catechists and lay mission animators for the service of the Gospel

February 2007: “That the fight against disease and epidemics in the third world may be supported in a spirit of solidarity by ever more generous collaboration from the governments of all nations”.

January 2007: “That the Church in Africa may bear ever more authentic witness to the Good News of Christ and promote reconciliation and peace in every country”
