Vatican City (Agenzia Fides) - The Holy Father Benedict XVI on December 1, 2012 accepted the resignation from the pastoral governance of the Archdiocese of Kota Kinabalui (Malaysia), by His Exc. Mgr. John Lee Hiong Fun-Yit Yaw, in accordance with canon 401 § 1 of the Code of Canon Law. He was succeeded by His Exc. Mgr. John Wong Soo Kau, Coadjutor of the same Archdiocese.
