Vatican City (Fides Service) - Cardinal Crescenzio Sepe, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelisation of Peoples, has (October 24th 2003) appointed Rector of St Paul Major Theology Inter-diocesan Seminary in Lubumbashi (Democratic Congo) Reverend Charles Kipili.
