EUROPE/ITALY - Eve of Pentecost priestly ordination of 38 deacons of the Prelature of Opus Dei originally from 17 different countries

Rome (Agenzia Fides) - Saturday 26 May, eve of Pentecost, 38 deacons of the Prelature of Opus Dei will receive the Sacrament of Holy Orders at 4pm in the Basilica of St Eugenio, in Rome at the hands of the Prelate of Opus Dei, Bishop Javier Echevarría. The deacons to be ordained priests come from 17 different countries: Ireland, Holland, Germany, Spain, Italy, France; United States, Colombia, Mexico, Venezuela, Chile, Brazil, Guatemala; Kenya, Democratic d Congo; Philippines; Australia.
