Seoul (Agenzia Fides) - To offer all Koreans the opportunity to read the message of God’s love explained at length and in depth in Pope Benedict XVI’s first encyclical ‘God is Love’, the Korean Catholic Bishops’ Conference has just published a Korean version of ‘Deus caritas est’. The Bishops are certain the encyclical will be highly appreciated in Korea by believers and non and especially important for the Catholics of Korea for whom it will be of help to further the spread of the Gospel. A note from the Bishops informing parishes, associations, schools and movements and books shops about the publication of the encyclical in Korean and that it would soon to be available to the public, met with immediate applause and requests for copies.
