Taipei (Fides Service) - “Prepare minds and hearts to live Lent well and receive the sacraments of Christian initiation at Easter the pastoral office of Geng Xin Catholic Hospital in Taiwan organised a retreat for catechumens. According to the diocesan bulletin Christian Life Weekly 19 catechumens led by 6 catechists meditated and discussed two themes: “My relationship with God… can I drink this Chalice?” and “The Easter Supper”. During the Stations of the Cross prayer the Catechumens “examined their faith and spiritual life to prepare to follow the crucified Jesus ever more closely and take part in his Easter mystery”. They prayed for all the catechumens in the world preparing like them to become Christians through the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and the Eucharist on Easter night.
