"The purpose of the booklet is to contribute to the formation of a healthy political conscience, to motivate to participate in the political process and to provide criteria in terms of guiding in municipal elections", informs the Southern Region 2 of the CNBB. The booklet was prepared by a group of experts in the areas of constitutional law, electoral law, philosophy, sociology, history and culture, faith and politics.
