Panama (Agenzia Fides) - "We are sympathetic with the request of the Bishops 'Conference of Venezuela, which calls for action on the basis of conscience and the exercise of the right to demonstrate", says a statement from the Bishops' Conference of Panama published on 21 April.
"We have seen levels of social explosion and political confrontation, which has led to mourning in Venezuelan society because of the country's difficult situation, which is becoming more and more unsustainable every day", the statement said.
