Barahona (Agenzia Fides) - Bishops, priests and delegations of Haitian parishes and the Dominican Republic met in Barahona (Dominican Republic) on March 21, to analyze the social and economic problems affecting the border and to exchange pastoral experiences in a climate of communion. According to information sent to Fides, the meeting ended with Mass celebrated by one of the Haitian Bishops and concelebrated by all the Bishops, including Archbishop Jude Thaddeus Okolo, Nunzio Apostolico in the Dominican Republic.
