Buenos Aires (Agenzia Fides) - The meeting of the Standing Committee of the Episcopal Conference of Argentina (CEA) which since Tuesday, August 9 has been dealing with themes of social and pastoral realities of the country, concludes today.
According to the note sent to Fides by CEA, the central points are bound to the subject of public education in the country and one of the proposals by Caritas to renew social agreements.
Led by the president of CEA, his Exc. Mgr. José María Arancedo, Archbishop of Santa Fe, the meeting will also discuss the celebration of the beatification of Mama Antula in Santiago del Estero and the canonization of Blessed Cura Brochero in Rome in October. (CE) (Agenzia Fides, 11/08/2016)
