Washington (Agenzia Fides) - Cuba, Venezuela and Guatemala are on the blacklist compiled by the Inter-American Commission of Human Rights (CIDH). Is what emerges from the 2015 annual report just published. In these countries strong restrictions to rights continue to limit the life of the people. The CIDH reports situation of discrimination, violence, marginalization towards Afro-Cuban; the precariousness of the judicial and tax system in Venezuela; Structural conditions in matters of justice, public security, marginalization and discrimination that seriously affect human rights in Guatemala.
