Lima (Agenzia Fides) - By People, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting people with cancer, has urged the population to provide school supplies to patients of the National Institute for Neoplasia (INEM) and HIV-positive children, to those attending special schools and those living in precarious conditions. For the fifth consecutive year the organization launched the campaign "Let us help them Grow", aimed to sensitize people towards social development, education and health of children in the Peruvian territory. Among the materials required: notebooks, pens, rulers and erasers. "Children are the key to the future of the country. This year we have the goal to help 1,200 children", reads a statement by the projects director of By People. (AP) (Agenzia Fides 26/02/2016)
