Lima (Fides Service) - Lima, the capital of Peru, will host a Regional Meeting for Catechists in Boliviarian countries on the fundamental theme of Christian Initiation. The meeting organised by the Catechesis Sector of CELAM Council of Latin American Bishops’ Conferences, will be held 3-7 October at Santa Rosa de Lima Retreat House. Will the help of experts participants, including presidents and secretaries of national commissions for catechesis from Bolivia, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, will reflect on the following themes: “Christian initiation in the process of evangelisation”, “development of Christian initiation” and “initiation: human process, liturgical path, itinerary of faith”.
