ASIA/TAIWAN - Missionaries of Charity in Taipei renew their vows in the hands of Archbishop Cheng to serve the poor and needy

Taipei (Fides Service) - Five Missionaries of Charity, a congregation founded by Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta, renewed their religious profession during a solemn Mass on the feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary presided by Archbishop Joseph Cheng, promising to follow the teaching of Jesus and serve the poor. Among those present for the Mass, collaborators, volunteers, and benefactors who support the Sisters’ apostolate. The community of Taipei consists of 5 Sisters they serve the poor and the sick, the dying, tramps and orphans in keeping with the charisma of Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta.
