Hong Kong (Fides Service) - The role of women to meet the challenges of the 21st century will be the theme of an East Asian Meeting on Women promoted by the Office of Laity Women’s Desk of the FABC (Federation of Asian Bishops Conferences) to be held from 15 - 19 August in Hong Kong. The theme will be viewed from five specific aspects. So far 20 participants, including bisops, clergy, men and women religous and lay people representing 6 different Asian countries have enrolled.
