Rome (Agenzia Fides) - “Our immediate reaction when we heard of the tragedy which had struck the people of Britain was to contact our London centre. The ordinary people who collaborate with our Don Orione Centre in London and use public transport most of the time, voiced fear and dismay but above all a desire to make themselves useful in these tragic cirumstancesi”. This was part of a statement sent to Fides by the Don Orione Work in Rome. “This evening Don Orione parishes in London, Rome and all over the world will be united in prayers for the innocent victims of today’s violence which knows no boundaries or colours.
