AFRICA/BURKINA FASO - National Mission Office of the Italian Bishops’ Conference meets Italian Missionaries operating in Burkina Faso

Ouagadougou (Fides Service) - On June 3 at the St Camillo Centre in Ouagadougou run by the Camillians there was a meeting between the National Mission Office of the Italian Bishops’ Conference and Italian missionaries working in and around the capital.
Among those present Mgr. Giuseppe Andreozzi, Mgr. Giuseppe Pellegrini from Rome and Sergio from CUM Verona, as well as representatives of various religious institutes Camillians, Orionini, Missionaries of Africa, lay missionaries and the Missionary Sisters daughters of St Camillo, the Pious Disciples of the Divine Master, the Sisters of S. Natale, Sisters Daughters of Immaculate Mary from Reggio Calabria. Franciscan Friars from Abbruzzo came from Koudougou.
The happy and spiritual meeting closed with a fraternal agape. In the afternoon at Bobo Dioulasso in the far south there was another meeting with Italian missionaries operating in the area. (GG) (7/6/2005 Agenzia Fides; Righe:17; Parole:163)
